The industry had a massive cultural shift. Gone were the days of holistic, skill- based opportunities, and stepping into the spotlight was an industry that favored Twitter presence, TikTok followers, previous years of experience, and the neglect of beginner to intermediate talent. This mission statement is what CLSTR was founded on. After years of experience in both the real and online entertainment industry, CEO Aether dreamed of a place where those with passion who sought after opportunities would receive them: without any strings attached, and with full transparency.
After teaming up with COO Cirrus, the two created The Place. No contracts, no binding agreements, full transparency, and true opportunity. Regardless of skill or experience, we reach out our hand out to folks in an industry comfortable with leaving people in the dark. Let’s create incredible things with incredible people.

Thanks for visiting the website. Finally, TP’s got its
own domain! I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come since we started in Mid-2023. As the CEO of both The Place and CLSTR, I promise that the opportunities available to you will only grow in number and gravity. We’re working really hard to truly build something that everyone can be proud of here. We hope that you can continue to grow with us.

It's about time!
For so long, this industry has been the dream
of so many, while simultaneously being the
one thing that stands in their way. A studio
based on equal opportunity has been a
long time dream for me and Aether,

able to make The Place a reality, but watch
